HOW IT WORKS
Live Online Sessions
Breathe safely from your own home.
Each session is a guided breathing journey of about an hour.
We breathe in a gentle, continuous flow.
As the breath moves like a quiet river,
it finds the places that feel tense or closed
and begins to clear a path through them.
The body softens.
Energy flows more freely.
Old stories and stored emotions can gently loosen and release.
Nothing needs to be spoken.
The breath does the work.
You simply allow and follow.
