The practice is simple: a steady, continuous breath, with minimal guidance and space to follow your own experience. There is no expectation of a particular outcome. What matters is staying — with sensation, with thought, with breath — as it unfolds.

We meet live, in real time. You breathe in your own home, with the quiet awareness that others are doing the same. Over time, this kind of shared rhythm supports presence. It strengthens the ability to notice the mind without being pulled by it.
