I’m Dimka Vanderhaeghen, a holistic health practitioner, kinesiologist, and founder of Natural Healing by Design—a practice rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about fixing anyone, but about helping people remember their natural rhythm.

With over 30 years of personal and professional experience, I bridge the worlds of movement, nutrition, energy medicine, and consciousness. My work is grounded in applied kinesiology, Electro-Photonic Imaging (EPI), and an unwavering trust in the body’s capacity to heal—given the right support.

I grew from a life lived in transition: from law to holistic healing, from people-pleasing to sovereignty, from burnout and broken bones to profound alignment.

After a major burnout and a double ankle fracture, I left behind the life that was expected of me and began to study what truly called to me: the rhythms of healing and the vibrational intelligence of the body. With the unwavering support of my wife and my inner compass, I stepped fully into a life of integrity, purpose, and presence.

My practice integrates scientific curiosity with spiritual insight—drawing from quantum theory, movement therapy, emotional release, nutrition, and decades of meditation. I work with clients around the world to help them reconnect with their own vitality—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

I don’t claim to “heal” others—I help them remember their original rhythm.

I continue my education with some of the world’s leading practitioners of kinesiology and energy medicine, and I believe that real healthcare must embrace both conventional and complementary approaches, rooted in prevention, intuition, and personalized care.

I write, teach, and offer treatment sessions both online and in person.
