You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. A first session is simply a conversation — a space for your system to be seen, and for us to find a natural next step together.

Sessions are available online and in-person — in Belgium and on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Choose the date and time that fits your rhythm.

Show up as you are

No preparation needed. No right way to arrive. Your body already knows what it wants to communicate — we simply create the conditions for it to do so.
